1、Ultra low temperature double film continuous sugar cooking machine,the key technology is that the sugar liquid is quickly heated through the gap between the inner and outer casings (known as film heating), multi-channel vaporization, and the vaporized sugar liquid water is quickly vaporized by the vacuum chamber. Special processes such as vacuum extraction and secondary film concentration make the sugar liquid heat up for a short time during the cooking process, and the sugar body and water are separated quickly. The boiled sugar liquid has a low temperature and good color, especially suitable for concentration of sugar liquid for heat-sensitivesubstances.
2、Visualize boiled sugar, sugar input temperature, sugar output temperature, vacuum degree, and vapor pressure at a glance.
3、The imported pressure reducing valve is used to control the pressure (temperature) of the steam. Adopt PLC touch screen control.
