MAIN PERFORMANCE:①In this production line, glucose syrup, granulated sugar, flour, starch and water are stirred and mixed into paste according to a certain proportion, then they are pumped by a rotor pump for continuous boiling, concentration and extrusion. In the extrusion stage, they are perfumed and colored (corresponding spices and pigments are added according to different tastes and product requirements), and then they are extruded into multi-channel candy bars with alternate colors and rich tastes through a shunt die. After rapid cooling and strict humidity control, the candy bars are initially cooled and shaped, and then the surface of the candy bars is humidified by steam spraying. The humidified candy bars are dipped on the surface of sugar powder to make a thin layer of sugar powder particles adhere to their surfaces, and then they pass through a single-layer cooling and drying tunnel to make the sugar powder firmly adhere to the surface of the candy bars, remove the surface moisture of the candy bars, and further shape the candy bars. The cooled and shaped candy bars are cut by a continuous servo cutter according to the set length. After cutting, they enter a long enough drying and dehumidifying belt conveyor to fully dry and shape the surface of the candy bars. Finally, according to the product demand, we adopt big box pack-aging, four-sided sealing packaging or pillow packaging.② The production line can realize a series of automatic production processes from raw material processing to finished product packaging, and has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and strong product quality consistency. The advanced production line also has an automatic control and monitoring system, which can monitor various parameters in the production process in real time, such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc., to ensure the stability of product quality and the efficiency of production.
